My Visual Routine Chart

Les étapes du matin en images, que l'enfant retourne au fur et à mesure.

Step by step

  1. Print or take photos of each morning step (getting dressed, breakfast, teeth, shoes).
  2. Put the cards in order WITH your child: this is your first great chat about the routine.
  3. Hang it at their eye level in the right spot (hallway, bedroom).
  4. Every morning, your child checks the board, does the task, then flips or moves the completed card.
  5. Point back to the board instead of nagging ("What does your board say after breakfast?").
  6. Make it grow: add steps, create an evening routine, let them reset the cards every morning.

What it builds

When the morning flow is shown in pictures, your child takes the lead: they check, they do, they flip their card. Fewer reminders and less stress for you, more independence for them, and the comfort of a morning that always follows the same order.
